Best-in-class suppliers and partners are selected based on their commitment to quality and reliability. Every device receives a full round of qualification tests including ESD, Elevated Temperature Stress Tests, and Wear-out Characterization, to name a few. In addition, Ongoing Reliability Testing (ORT) is employed on all products and JESD22 standards and test methods are followed.
